Pool Fencing Certification

In South Australia, all swimming pools must have a continuous safety barrier maintained by the pool owner that restricts access by young children to the pool. We can assist you through the process of gaining pool fencing certification.

If you are selling a property with a pool built before July 1993 you must make sure that the safety barrier meets today’s standard for new pools.

All of Absolute Glass Products (SA) fencing styles have been engineered to exceed AS 1926.1-2007. The glass is manufactured and certified in accordance with AS2208.

Pool Fence Certification is provided with each order.

Note: All posts within 1.2m or arms length of the waterline needs to be earthed or exponentially bonded by your electrician.

Following installation a local certifier usually organised by your pool builder will then do the final inspection prior to you filling your pool.
